Korea Football Association’s Football Love Sharing Foundation to end with Mentor FC in 2023

The Korea Football Association Football Love Sharing Foundation’s ‘2023 DreamKFA Mentor FC’ was held twice on the 3rd and 24th of this month.

The Korea Football Association Football Love Sharing Foundation’s Mentor FC is one of the foundation’s flagship programs, the ‘Dream KFA’ series, where mentors from all walks of life share their experiences and information with university students and job-seekers to help them explore careers and motivate them.

In the first round, Kim Tae-soo, manager of the Korea Football Association, and Kim Kyung-min, head of the Korea Handball Federation, participated as mentors at the Football Hall, and in the second round, Kim Tae-won, a global IT executive at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies and director of the Football Love Sharing Foundation, and Kim Jae-yoon, head of the Nongshim eSports Marketing Team and manager of the Korea Football Association, participated as mentors, and about 110 university students and pre-employment students had a meaningful time.

Kim Tae-soo and Kim Jae-yoon introduced the overall working environment of the Korea Football Association, talked about their own experiences that led them to join the organization, and directly helped the students who were preparing to enter the workforce with practical advice.

Kim Kyung-min, head of the Korea Handball Federation, gave the students first-hand experience of what it is like to work in various sports organizations based on his past experiences with the OK Savings Bank volleyball team and Lotte Giants baseball team, as well as his experiences in preparing for the professionalization of the Handball H League, while Jeong Sang-yong, head of Nongshim’s eSports Marketing Team, explained the differences between conventional sports and eSports, as well as information on the competencies required for each job, based on his past experience in the match operations team and PR marketing team at K League 2 FC Anyang.

Mr. Kim Tae-won, an executive at a global IT company and a long-time mentor of Mentor FC, emphasized that there are not only tailwinds in life, so it is possible to move forward by utilizing headwinds as well, and explained that it is important to incorporate the triangular sails of perspective, redefinition, narrative, and fascination into our lives. 보스토토

“Through Mentor FC, where the dreams of young people gather, we will do our best to help young people grow and develop by sharing the experiences, knowledge, successes and failures of mentors who are active in various parts of our society,” said Kim Ho-gon, director of the Korea Football Association’s Football Love Sharing Foundation.
