Song Hee-chae returns to parental OK Financial Group after 6 seasons… Song Myung-geun and 1-on-1 trade

Song Hee-chae (31) of the Woori WON Professional Volleyball Team of Woori Card will return to her home team, the OK Financial Group Eatman Professional Volleyball Team, after six seasons.

“OK Financial Group has agreed to a one-for-one trade to receive outside hitter Song Hee-chae (31) from Woori Card in exchange for outside hitter Song Myung-geun (30),” the two clubs announced on the 26th.

Song Hee-chae was a founding member of OK Financial Group and played five seasons with the organization from 2013-2014 to 2017-2018. With her stable receiving, defense, and offense, Song helped OK Financial Group win back-to-back championships in 2015 and 2016. In the 2022-2023 season with Woori Card, she played in 31 games and 104 sets, ranking 10th in the league in receiving with a 36.42% receiving efficiency, and helped the team reach the postseason with her strengths in defense and receiving.

Another founding member, Song Myung-geun, played nine seasons with OK Financial Group until the 2022-2023 season, where he was 메이저사이트 named MVP of the 2015 Championship Finals. In the 2022-2023 season, he appeared in 17 games and 53 sets after leaving the military, posting a 51.87% attack success rate.

With this trade, OK Financial Group and Woori Card have filled a need in the team. OK Financial Group added stability to their team with the acquisition of an outside hitter. Woori Card will be looking to upgrade their offense with the addition of Song Myung-geun.
